Just before my daughter’s first birthday, my husband had major abdominal surgery. His recovery was difficult—not just physically, but emotionally.

Absolutely not!! It’s never too late to start making changes to your tummy and scar. Our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal and change and i’ve seen women make changes even longer after their births.

I would advise that you are at least 3-4 months post birth before doing this course. Please reach out on info@hannahjohnsontherapies.com to discuss further if you would like to.

That is no problem at all, you will be a pro by the end of this course! I teach multiple different techniques in this course and not only can you expect to see physical changes to your overhang but also the look and feel of your scar.

Depending on the size of the group we hold it on Whats App or Facebook. Both are easy to download and you can use just for the purposes of this course.

Self-Study (£147): You get all the course content, videos, and resources to work through at your own pace over 12 months. Perfect if you’re self-motivated and don’t need daily check-ins.

Live Cohort (£247): You get everything in Self-Study PLUS you join the next 4-week cohort where you’ll have daily WhatsApp accountability, and a community of other mums going through the program at the same time. Perfect if you want structure and support.
